Application Support Engineer- CRM
Candidate will be working as L1 resource for CRM suite of application. Profile is project and support which will be involve minor development. Hence we require candidate which has hands-on experience in Java and MS SQL and Testing
Candidate Should know project management cycle from planning, development, execution to implementation.
Candidate should have hands-on experience MS SQL which include debug existing code, modify code, optimized existing code etc.
Candidate should have hands-on experience writing new stored procedure, view, functions, triggers, complex query etc.
Candidate will review existing code and change for optimization.
Candidate should have hands-on experience on Java technology.
Candidate should self-drive project creation starting from business with business till documentation.
The desired candidate should have quality communication and technical Knowledge such as .NET, SQL Server,IIS,API, Java.
The candidate must also possess experience in software development, deployment and maintenance.
Strong skills in applications production support mainly within Windows Server, MS-SQL, IIS, Technology.
Analysis and Resolution for all AppSec and VAIPT points raised by bank team as per severity (Critical, high, medium and low) of point
Candidate must have Technical production support experience. This will add additional value add in profile.
Candidate must have hands-on experience on issue analysis and bug fixing
Candidate must have hands-on experience of ticketing tool like unidesk, DRM, AOPM etc
Candidate must have knowledge of Windows scheduler, Cron Job and SQL scheduler
Candidate has Nginx, Docker and container will be preferable
Candidate has experience on monitoring tool like appdynamic, appnomic, Dynatrace will add advantage.
