Candidate Must Have Technical Production Support Experience.
Candidate Must Have Hands-On Experience of Ticketing Tool Like Unidesk, Unicenter Etc.
Candidate Has Experience on Monitoring Tool Like AppDynamics, Appnomic, Dynatrace Will Add Advantage.
Candidate Should Know Criticality of P1, P2, P3 And So on Category Ticket

Qualifications:
Graduation/ BSc IT/ B. Tech
Role Proficiencies:
Experience In Production Management for Windows Application Server
Technically Sound on MS SQL 2016 & Excel
Must Have Good Communication in English & Hindi
